Heidsieck & Co Monopole is one of the oldest champagne houses. This award winning champagne is expertly blended and reveals aromas of red summer berries with a hint of pepper. To the eye this champagne is pale pink in colour with a depth of colour set off by small fuchsia reflections. To the nose it is fresh and spring-like with floral hints of violet followed by wild strawberry and raspberry. Blended to suit the modern palate, dominated by small red fruits with hints of raspberry and redcurrant.
