This is a beautifully soft and accessible Bordeaux from Chateau des Antonins, achieved through extended maceration alongside micro-oxygenation, which increases the depth of flavour, body and tannins in the wine without being too powerful. A combination of 55% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc grapes with notes of blackberry, blackcurrant and plum and aromas of cedar and tobacco make this a very enjoyable wine.
