Peach Melba Raspberry & Stone Fruit is a delicious fruity spritz showcasing peach aperitif from Provence. The spritz pays homage to the traditional dessert of peaches, raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream, which was invented in 1893 by French chef Auguste Escoffier at the Savoy Hotel to honour the Australian soprano Nellie Melba. Framed by delicate Oolong tea and touched by raspberry, this iteration pays homage to the original while dialling back the sweetness a touch to create a lovely sophisticated blend. A drink that packs a punch in a sleeve that’s equally as impactful, we think this spritz makes a great gift for any occasion.
