This Pedro Ximenez sherry is know for its Christmassy characteristics. It flaunts great depth and a skilled touch of acidity that accentuates its sweetness and hints of dried fig and raisins. On the nose it has strong aromas or dried fruits with hints of chocolate and coffee with a velvety sensation on the palate. Valdespino is one of the oldest bodegas in Jerez, with a history of Sherry production going back six centuries.
